U.S. & Global Business Expansion

This agreement is made between the Company (hereinafter referred to as the "Client") and the U.S. Agent (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider"). By submitting this form, the Client agrees to engage the Service Provider for U.S. Agent services under the following terms and conditions: 1. Service Fees & Payment Terms The Client agrees to pay an annual membership fee for U.S. Agent services. All payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of applications, petitions, regulatory compliance, or other related services. Refund requests will not be accepted under any circumstances. 2. Binding Agreement & Payment Confirmation By submitting this agreement and completing payment via credit card through LawPay or bank transfer, the Client acknowledges that this agreement is legally binding and agrees to comply with all terms. The Client authorizes the automatic renewal of this agreement unless a cancellation request is submitted using the terms below. 3. Renewal & Cancellation Policy This agreement automatically renews yearly unless the Client provides written cancellation notice at least 30 days before the contract expiration date. Failure to renew will result in the forfeiture of all accumulated benefits, service records, and any potential advantages associated with the membership. 4. Service Continuity & Eligibility The Client acknowledges that annual renewal is required to maintain eligibility for all benefits and entitlements associated with the U.S. Agent services.
